The downstairs bedroom right after we found mold under both windows. Poor Kurt was moving in and had to sleep in Jared's office for several weeks.

Turns out the people we bought the house from installed the windows wrong. We bought new ones and had them installed this way so less water can get inside. Apparently every window downstairs was having a leaky problem. Awesome, huh? Now Jared has to get some kind of trim and make the inside look nice.

This is how we do it at the Nelsons. "Hey, so Kurt's room is almost finished. Should we remodel the closet and stick a super cool Ikea closet in there?" "Sure, why not? He doesn't care if it takes another 10 days, right?"

The finished product. Probably should have taken pictures before he moved in. I've exposed his messiness.

.75 means with Kurt moving in, somehow LITERALLY every single room in the house was effected. His room is almost done (I guess it's closer to .9). Just have to finish the window trim. Now we have the office, downstairs kitchen, our kitchen, laundry room, girls' room, living room, upstairs bath, and master bedroom to finish.

Here's to hoping we get it done before the snow comes. :)
