Jared had to work in Park City for a few days so we came up for the night. They kids were exhausted the next day. I tried to happy them up with donuts and cookies and chips for breakfast, a dip in the pool and a gondola ride up the mountain. It obviously didn't work for Zina. Elsie muscled her way through a pretend smile. And then I yelled at them to be happy but that didn't work either. Strange huh? I love that place where you just can't win. (I seem to be there a lot as a mom.) We then went to my Aunt's house in Heber for the evening. It was so fun to sit around the kitchen table and catch up. A good day, but we were so ready for bed.
